Crush on Retro

This model was my second CoR jacket purchase, imnmediately after buying the other CoR J-100 design (also horsehide, albeit with only the outer chest zip-pockets). I was so instantly blown away by that one, I bought this one because I was intrigued by its uncoated nature, that I had to have it. Jim, CoR's awesome Customer Service Ambassador, made certain that mine came from the same maker as my other J-100, and fit, quality, i.e., stitching, paneling, hide consistency, etc., are all perfectly on-point. I can't say enough positive things about CoR and Jim. Thank you, CoR Team!

Surprised to see it actually fits well and the quality is good. I also have a Schott 618 for comparison. Definitely double check on sizing as western sizing is not the same as Asian sizing.

Very good quality leather jacket! Very thick horsehide that will need some wearing in, but that's half the experience. Look and fit are fantastic. Great jacket at a great price! I'm 6 foot, 90 kgs and am wearing 3xl.

Great boot

For the price, I wasn't sure what to expect, but when they arrived I was pleasantly surprised. Construction is solid, stitching is perfect - lighter than an engineer boot and very comfortable. Leather is lighter than some better known brands, but still substantial enough for them to stand on their own. Asked for unconstructed toe and this was modified for no extra cost. Overall, a great pair of boots!

My first buy from Crush on Retro. The quality of the leather, and of the jacket itself blew me away. And not just at the price, it's simply a very handsome and very well made jacket... period. Stylistically true to the Barnstormer jacket it's inspired by.

I’m honestly very impressed with this jacket. The horsehide leather feels thick, durable, and high quality (around 1.4–1.5 mm), which is something you usually only find in much more expensive jackets. It arrived quite stiff at first and even had that classic leather squeak, which to me is a great sign of real, dense leather.
The cotton lining is very comfortable and breathable, and the corduroy in the sleeves is a really nice touch – both practical and stylish. You can tell this isn’t just a fashion piece, but something built to last and develop character over time.
For the price I paid (around €320), this is an amazing deal. It feels like a true heritage-style jacket that will only get better with wear. Highly recommended for anyone looking for real leather quality instead of thin, soft fashion leather.

I’ve had multiple work boots over the years. This is the most well made ones I have. I have wolverine 1000 mile boots, Danner Tans, timberlands. These are the elite of elite. The Horween leather is a bit stiff on this shoe which is a great thing for breaking in over time. The kiltie is an awesome touch. One thing I loved is they made them to order for me. And the price of these were extremely reasonable!

I bought these thinking I was taking a bit of a risk, but just got them today and they’re fantastic. The quality is evident; 270 stitch down welt, thick midsole, and Vibram soles. For custom shoes these are a great deal. I’m very pleased with these shoes!

Just received my lot 557 trucker horsehide leather jacket from Crush on Retro and it arrived in 7 business days with standard shipping which was very quick and the jacket was beautifully packaged. The quality of the horsehide is amazing and the stitching is strong and precise. I am around 170lbs and 5 ft 10 tall and I purchased a size XL which fits me perfectly thanks to Jimmy who got my body measurements and recommended a size XL.. I am normally a US size 40 medium. The jacket sits perfectly just a touch below my waistline and is snug around my body. This jacket looks amazing and I can't believe how well constructed it is for the price. The quality, finish & style of these Boots really is excellent.....The leather is thick but feels comfortable straight away, after wearing them just for a short time to break them in.
Extremely good value for money too, if you compare with what more 'well known' brands cost and I'd say these are up there with the quality.

Great quality and stylish leather jacket. You can dress it down or a dress up event.

This is simply an amazing jacket. It arrived within 10 calendar days with priority delivery. The horsehide is smooth strong without blemish or grainy. It smells intoxicatingly good. I can't wait to break it in. It's snug and I am a large frame. My chest measures 114cm and I have wide shoulders. The XXL is excellent with just a t-shirt underneath which I think is what this biker is calling out for. Horsehide will give and mould somewhat so it will find its way. Don't buy big and bulky... You'll be fine!
