Custom Boots
For custom boot orders involving leather changes, sole alterations, special sizes (45-49), or any other non-standard modifications, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Claims regarding quality defects will not be accepted for items that have been worn, show signs of use, or are reported significantly after delivery.
