Canceling Your Order
- Before Shipping: You may request a refund for unshipped orders. A 6% transaction fee applies (charged by PayPal and non-refundable).
- After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please do not reject the package, as this may void your right to a refund.
Returns
Timeframe and Process
- Return window: 2 weeks from delivery
- To start a return: Email support@crushonretro.com with your order number and reason
- We'll provide detailed return instructions by email
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unused and unworn
- In original condition
- Complete with all parts
- Free from dirt, creases, or marks
- In saleable condition
Return Shipping Costs
- Standard returns: Buyer pays return shipping
- Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping
Non-Returnable Items
Custom boots cannot be returned or exchanged, including:
- Changed leathers (Local leather, Horween, Horsebutt and etc.)
- Modified outsoles
- Special sizes (45 and above)
Refunds
Refund Amount
- Defective/damaged items: Full refund including shipping costs
- Standard returns: 94% of order amount (6% PayPal fee is non-refundable)
- VAT for EU countries is not refundable
- Priority/Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable

- Typical processing time: 1-2 business days
Exchanges
Exchange Process
- Exchange window: 2 weeks from delivery

- Return original item first
- Replacement ships after original item is received
