Returns & Exchanges Policy

Cancel Order

For unshipped orders, buyers can request a refund, but are responsible for a 5% transaction fee (charged by Paypal and non-refundable, either through Paypal or credit card by Paypal).

Returns

All customers are entitled to return their products within 14-days of receiving their order provided items are in original, unused and resell-able condition. Email support@crushonretro.com to start a return and get instructions.

If there is no product quality issue, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. For returns due to defects or damage, we will cover the shipping cost.

Refunds

You will receive a full refund including shipping costs for damaged or poor quality items. For other returns, buyers are responsible for a 5% transaction fee (charged by Paypal and non-refundable) and ultimately receive a refund of 95% of the order amount, within 1-3 days.

Exchanges

You have 14 days to exchange items. Email support@crushonretro.com to start an exchange, return the original item, and once received, we will ship the replacement.

We do charge a shipping fee for exchanges. Please contact us for details on exchange shipping costs.
