Canceling Your Order

  • Before Shipping: You may request a refund for unshipped orders. A 6% transaction fee applies (charged by PayPal and non-refundable).
  • After Shipping: Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. Please do not reject the package, as this may void your right to a refund.

Returns

Timeframe and Process

  • Return window: 2 weeks from delivery
  • To start a return: Email support@crushonretro.com with your order number and reason
  • We'll provide detailed return instructions by email

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unused and unworn
  • In original condition
  • Complete with all parts
  • Free from dirt, creases, or marks
  • In saleable condition

Return Shipping Costs

  • Standard returns: Buyer pays return shipping
  • Defective or damaged items: We cover return shipping

Non-Returnable Items

Custom boots cannot be returned or exchanged, including:

  • Changed leathers (Local leather, Horween, Horsebutt and etc.)
  • Modified outsoles
  • Special sizes (45 and above)

Refunds

Refund Amount

  • Defective/damaged items: Full refund including shipping costs
  • Standard returns: 94% of order amount (6% PayPal fee is non-refundable)
  • VAT for EU countries is not refundable
  • Priority/Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Processing begins after item inspection
  • Typical processing time: 1-2 business days

Exchanges

Exchange Process

  • Exchange window: 2 weeks from delivery
  • Email support@crushonretro.com to initiate
  • Return original item first
  • Replacement ships after original item is received
  • Shipping fees apply (contact us for specific costs)
