Exceeded expectations

This is a really fine jacket. The fit is really flattering, especially in the shoulders--nice structure, creates and very handsome silhouette, and looks especially nice open. The leather has a great hand feel, it's fairly rigid as you should expect from horse hide when it's new, so that's a good thing. I'm very curious to see how the colors age as they're unusual and not like anything I've seen elsewhere. My only critique at this point is the buttons--they seem to be cheap plastic and unattractive. I've ordered corozo buttons from etsy and will have a tailor replace them. A detail like that would only add a few bucks to the price of the jacket and it makes a big difference.

I'm very happy with the fit and finish of my Mendoza jacket. The black teacore horsehide leather is very substantial. It looks and feels great, and has started to break in and form to my body after wearing it around the house after a couple of weeks. I have since placed an oder for a shearling coat and am looking forward to be being a happy customer again.

Great jacket for the money

Have had trouble finding a nice jacket to wear on motorcycle. Most vendors use the same low quality jacket and rebrand it. Sizing is all over the place. I’m between a 42L and a 44 so I ordered a 2x. Fits okay as I have a long torso. Sleeves could be an inch longer and overall jacket would be perfect if it was an inch longer but can’t complain a whole lot do to excellent quality of the leather compared to cost. Also good ventilation for leather. Wore in 90 degree weather.
Will definitely buy another to add to collection.
