Shipping
• Processing: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Made-to-order boots require 2-4 weeks for production.
• Delivery: We ship via trusted carriers. For most countries, ETA is 8-14 days. Delivery may be delayed by force majeure, though this is rare.
• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges
• Easy 15-Day Policy: Return items in original, unworn condition with tags attached within 15 days for a refund or exchange.
• How to Start: Initiate a return by contacting us at support@crushonretro.com with your order number.
• Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Important Note on Made-to-Order Boots
For custom boot orders involving leather changes, sole alterations, special sizes (45-49), or any other non-standard modifications, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.
