足の長さの測り方

ステップ 1 : かかとを壁につけて立ち、足の下の床に紙をテープで貼ります。

ステップ 2 : 一番長いつま先の先端を紙にマークします。両足で繰り返します。

ステップ 3 : 定規を使って、紙のかかとの端からつま先のマークまでの距離を測ります。両足の測定値を記録します。

注意：靴を選ぶときは、足の大きい方のサイズより 1cm 長いインソールの長さのサイズを選んでください。ない場合は、少なくとも 0.5cm 長いサイズを選んでください。
