• Delivery: We ship via trusted carriers. For most countries, ETA is 8-14 days. Due to force majeure and holidays, delivery may be delayed.

Returns & Exchanges
• Easy 15-Day Policy: Return items in original, unworn condition with tags attached within 15 days for a refund or exchange.

For custom boot orders involving leather changes, sole alterations, special sizes (45-49), or any other non-standard modifications, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Comment mesurer la longueur du pied

Étape 1 : Tenez-vous debout, le talon contre un mur et un morceau de papier collé au sol sous votre pied.

Étape 2 : Marquez le bout de votre orteil le plus long sur le papier. Répétez l'opération pour les deux pieds.

Étape 3 : Mesurez la distance entre le bord du talon du papier et la marque de votre orteil à l'aide d'une règle. Notez les mesures des deux pieds.

Remarque : lorsque vous choisissez des chaussures, sélectionnez une taille avec une longueur de semelle intérieure supérieure de 1 cm à la mesure la plus large de votre pied. Si ce modèle n'est pas disponible, choisissez une taille supérieure d'au moins 0,5 cm.
