• Delivery: We ship via trusted carriers. For most countries, ETA is 8-14 days. Due to force majeure and holidays, delivery may be delayed.

Returns & Exchanges

Custom Boots
For custom boot orders involving leather changes, sole alterations, special sizes (45-49), or any other non-standard modifications, these items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Quality Defect
A quality defect refers to a manufacturing or material flaw that is identified upon receipt of the product, before any use or wear. Please inspect your items upon arrival. Claims regarding quality defects will not be accepted for items that have been worn, show signs of use, or are reported significantly after delivery.
