We offer free shipping to most countries, including the US, CA, EU, UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea and Singapore.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing before shipment.
Delivery Times
Standard shipping is 8-14 business days.
Priority shipping is 3-6 business days.
Times are estimates and can vary by location. Tracking is provided upon shipment.

International Shipping
We cover VAT for orders shipped to the European Union, as well as customs fees for orders to Canada and the US. This applies to Economy Shipping only. For Priority Shipping, these fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
For all other countries, customers are responsible for all customs, import duties, and taxes. These fees are not included in the product price and vary by country.
Any customs costs related to returns are also the customer’s responsibility.
Order Changes
Please contact us as soon as possible for any order modifications or address changes prior to shipment.
Non-Acceptance of Shipments
Please do not refuse delivery or fail to collect your package from the local pickup point. If an order is returned to us due to non-acceptance or non-collection, we reserve the right to deduct all original shipping fees and applicable import duties/taxes from your refund. The remaining amount will be processed accordingly.
