Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellations


Before Shipping: You may request a refund for any unshipped order. Please note that a 6% transaction fee (charged by PayPal and Shopify) will apply and is non-refundable.
After Shipping: Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. We kindly ask that you do not refuse delivery, as doing so may invalidate your eligibility for a refund.


Returns


Timeframe & Process:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at support@crushonretro.com with your order number.

  • We will respond with detailed return instructions.

Condition of Returns:
All returned items must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Complete with all original packaging and accessories

  • Free of any stains, odors, damage or  wrinkle (Boots)

Return Shipping & Fees:

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Any customs duties or import fees incurred during the return process are also the customer’s responsibility.


Refunds


Refund Amount:

  • You will receive a refund equivalent to 94% of the item’s purchase price (the 6% PayPal transaction fee is non-refundable).

  • VAT for EU orders is non-refundable.

  • Expedited/Priority shipping fees are non-refundable.

Processing Time:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.


Exchanges


Exchange Process:

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Please email support@crushonretro.com to start the process.

  • The original item must be returned and received by us before a replacement is shipped.

  • Additional shipping fees apply for exchanges. Contact us for details.


International Orders

  • We cover VAT for orders shipped to the European Union, as well as customs fees for orders to Canada and the US.

  • For all other countries, customers are responsible for all customs, import duties, and taxes. These fees are not included in the product price and vary by country.

  • Any customs costs related to returns are also the customer’s responsibility.


MTO / Custom Boot Policy

All made-to-order and custom-configured boots are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, unless quality defect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changes in leather type (e.g., In-house leather, Horween, Horsebutt, etc.)
  • Modified outsoles or sole type
  • Special sizes (e.g., sizes 45–49)
  • Removed toe structure
  • Custom heel counters or toe boxes
  • Any other non-standard specifications

quality defect is defined as a manufacturing or material flaw that is identified upon receipt of the product, before any use or wear. Please inspect the item upon arrival. Claims regarding quality defects cannot be accepted for items that have been worn, show signs of use, or are reported after a significant period following delivery.

We offer repair services for our products. Please note that all shipping costs associated with returns and repairs are the responsibility of the buyer. For specific pricing and details, please contact us.
