Return & Refund Policy Summary
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Items must be requested within 15 days of receipt.
Items must be unworn, unused, and with original tags attached.
2. Quality Defects:
A quality defect is defined as a manufacturing or material flaw that is identified upon receipt of the product, before any use or wear. Please inspect items upon arrival. Claims regarding quality defects cannot be accepted for items that have been worn, show signs of use, or are reported after a significant period following delivery.
3. Refund Processing:
Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment.
Processing may take 1-3 business days.
4. Order Cancellations:
If you cancel your order before shipment for personal reason:
We will refund the item's price.
However, the transaction processing fees (approx. 6%) are non-refundable.
These fees are levied by payment gateways (e.g., PayPal and Shopify) and cannot be recovered by us.
5. Return Shipping Costs:
For returns due to non-defective reasons (e.g., fit, change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
For returns due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped), we will cover all costs.
